hbaij Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using hbaij

To register and use the hbaij platform, all of the following conditions must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hbaij strictly prohibits underage gambling.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for the individual user.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, director or agent of hbaij or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must register only one account in your own name. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and outstanding balances may be forfeited.

When you register an account on hbaij you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. hbaij reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any stage, including before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

• One account per person, household, IP address and device is permitted.
• You must provide a valid mobile phone number that you own and control, as it is used for account verification and transaction authentication.
• hbaij may request proof of identity (government-issued photo ID), proof of address and proof of payment method ownership as part of KYC compliance.
• All information provided must be truthful. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

All financial transactions on hbaij are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hbaij supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. No currency conversion is applied — your account balance is maintained and displayed in BDT at all times. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. hbaij reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests that are found to involve fraudulent funds or bonus abuse will be declined in full.

• Players may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once a bet has been placed using those funds.
• hbaij is not liable for delays caused by the Player's mobile money provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay) or by bank processing times outside hbaij's direct control.

hbaij may from time to time offer promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following standard terms unless a specific promotion states otherwise in writing:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before any withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible player. Multiple accounts used to claim the same bonus will be treated as bonus abuse.
• hbaij reserves the right to withdraw, modify or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any existing wagering progress accrued in good faith is honoured.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion are subject to a maximum win cap unless otherwise stated. Any winnings above the cap will be removed from the bonus balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hbaij and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker or card games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to launder money or process illegally obtained funds through the hbaij platform.
• Filing fraudulent chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with your mobile money provider.

hbaij reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where hbaij reasonably suspects a breach of these T&C, fraudulent activity, money laundering, self-exclusion requests, or where continued use of the account poses a risk to the player's well-being under our responsible gaming obligations. Where an account is closed for reasons other than T&C breach, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC compliance.

All content on the hbaij platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, design elements and the hbaij brand identity — is the exclusive property of hbaij or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, reverse engineering, scraping, copying or commercial exploitation of any platform content without the prior written consent of hbaij is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbaij, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service or technical failures. hbaij does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Where a technical error results in an incorrect payout of winnings, hbaij reserves the right to void the relevant bets and correct balances accordingly. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a revised version of the T&C, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure via our support team.

These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact hbaij's support team, which will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct negotiation, the dispute may be submitted to an independent third-party arbitration service. hbaij's decision on matters of platform operation, bet settlement and bonus interpretation shall be final and binding in all cases.
